APPOINTMENTS
The time allocated to you is reserved especially for you.
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated, like wise we will
endeavour to run on time
to the best of our ability.

If you are 15 min or more late we will gladly reschedule you but we will have to charge you for the missed service.
To ensure you get an appointment when you want we recommend you book prior to leaving the studio.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All of our clients receive a confirmation call the day before their service is scheduled. As a courtesy to us and other clients, if you need to cancel
or change an appointment we request a minimum of 24 Hr notice to avoid a minimum fee of 50% being charged. Failure to show for an appointment will result in $25 fee charged. We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy.
REFUND POLICY
Our intent is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with our services.
Returns and refunds are limited to the following situations:
1. Services received cannot be refunded.
2. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging at
which time it is possible that a restocking fee will be charged.
3. Refunds will only be considered if presented within 7 days of purchase.
